Ketten Wälder GmbH, based in Bad Endorf, Bavaria, is a family-owned company in its fourth generation, manufacturing high-quality stainless steel chains and components since 1948. Originally specializing in agricultural chains, the company has continuously evolved and now produces corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant product solutions for various applications.

With over 75 years of experience and exports to more than 50 countries worldwide, Ketten Wälder operates a production facility exceeding 5,500 m². The company maintains its own Lloyd's Register-certified testing laboratory with a testing capacity of up to 160 tons. DUPLEX CROMOX Stainless Steel Chain E-polished

Short-link anchor chain made of the particularly high-strength DUPLEX stainless steel alloy 1.4462 (AISI 318LN ), grade 6. Calibrated and true to gauge according to DIN 766A. The chain has high corrosion resistance in salt water, even at high water temperatures up to 35° (PRE value approx. 34). The surface is electropolished.Delivery in whole bundles from 20 m length (made up according to your length specification) or in shorter lengths loose per meter. Each bundle is delivered with a works certificate according to EN 10204-2.2. Delivery time approx. 3 weeks.CROMOX stainless steel anchor chains reach their maximum corrosion resistance in electropolished condition. During electropolishing, the surface is microscopically smoothed by electrochemical material. In addition, chromium and nickel accumulate on the surface, resulting in the formation of a resistant passive layer. This combination of minimal surface area with an optimal passive layer results in excellent corrosion resistance. CROMOX TWISTER Anchor chain connector

The chain connector was developed by the stainless steel chain specialist KETTEN WÄLDER and has the corresponding breaking load of the matching DUPLEX anchor chain.Manufactured in Germany from high-strength and corrosion-resistant DUPLEX stainless steel 1.4462 (AISI318LN).The special design aligns the anchor during hoisting and ensures good adaptation to the anchor roller. CROMOX chain forerunner DUPLEX stainless steel

Chain foregoer made from high strength DUPLEX stainless steel 1.4462 quality grade 6. Made by Ketten-Wälder in Germany. This chain exhibits a very high corrosion resistiveness (resistant to 35°C water temperature). Breaking loads are reached which are more as twice as high as those or normal glavanized chain.Each length is 5,00 m - provided with larger end links on both ends, through which it is possible to run a shackle, surface shiny.
