Rescue ladders
If you think of the use of ladders in boating, the first thing that comes to mind is a swimming ladder or a rope ladder. In seafaring, a rope ladder is called Jacob's ladder. Unlike a strong pilot ladder, it can be easily rolled up and stowed away.
