G/flex 655-1 is a thyrotrope, already thickened for use, non dripping epoxy compound. This high-tensile and absolute water-proof epoxy is seen as a supplement to the existing WEST SYTEM epoxy products, which carries on where the standard system reaches its limits. In addition to the known good properties of WEST epoxy resins G/flex offers a especially high permanent flexibility (approx. 30% ultimate elongation), a high peeling strength and a high tolerance towards moist surfaces.Especially well suited for all structural bonded joints where strong stresses of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration have to be absorbed, for instance at the joining of wood and metal or of types of timber that expand differently, as well as when bonding fittings to wood and other materials. Very well applicable for problematic timber that by itself can absorb little resin like teak and oak. G/flex can even be employed on wet surfaces with restrictions. It is also suited for GRP repairs as well as for the adhesion of problematic plastics like Polyethylene (PE) and PVC.G/flex 611-1 is supplied in a user-friendly double cartridge, resin and hardener can be squeezed out directly in the correct mixing ratio 1:1.
The EPOXY FIX REPAIR SET is for the repair of epoxy, polyester, wood and metal pieces and many other boatbuilding plastics. The set contains epoxy resin that can also be used for adhesion without fiberglass. Also there is a fiberglass webbing band for high-strength laminate strengthening, containing a lightweight filler for applying with a white putty knife or grouting and sandpaper for smoothing. Processing time: at 20 °C approx. 30 minutes. Contents: 250g epoxy resin incl. hardener, lightweight filler, glass fabric, sandpaper.
A solvent-free, 2-part multipurpose adhesive that develops a very strong bond in a short time (10 to 15 minutes). SUPER EPOXY is intended for bonding such various boatbuilding materials as wood, metal, fiberglass and hard rubber. The epoxy resists water and oil. Long-term temperature resistance to 100°C. Color: transparent. Mixture ratio 1:1 based on volume. For high-load, transparent adhesion, it can be carefully positioned and applied and in a short time produce a high-strength bond. For use with wood, metal, GRP, cement, porcelain, glass, leather and hard rubber.
Two-part repair system in a rope that is activated by kneading it with your hands. Intended for the sealing of leaks and cracks onboard in a very short time. Also for use below the waterline. YC EASY EPOXY does not shrink or yellow. For fast repairs on a variety of onboard surfaces (metal, polyester, wood, glass and numerous plastics). With YC EASY EPOXY you can work with, drill, screw, stain or paint finished surfaces after approximately 1 hour. For optimal results, the surface should be throughly cleaned and roughened before application.
Epoxy Steel Putty: simpler than welding and soldering! 2-part, solvent-free Epoxy repair material. As simple to handle as filler. YC Epoxy steel putty can be worked as a metal after hardening and bonds, using "cold welding," similar and dissimilar materials solidly and lastingly. It is extremely hard, pressure resistant, temperature resistant and strong. Seal, fill and form - one for each! For filling holes and cracks, for attaching and sealing steel, aluminum, lead, wood and many other materials, for "cold welding," shaping and isolating.
EPOXY - BK is a solvent-free, thin-flowing, transparent protectant, laminating and grouting resin. It can be used as a binder for fillers (for example, lightweight fillers). YC EPOXY- BK hardens to a nonstick surface and can also be used for components and the protection of fiberglass, carbon fiber and aramids. Use conforms to the basis weight of the reinforcing ply.For protecting porous and flat surfaces. As impregnating resin for coatings and mouldings in fiber-reinforced shapes. As casting compound for circuitry and other hollows to 3 cm. Coverage/Requirement: for example, 0.9 kg/m.sq. for 300 g of fiberglass matt; 1.2 kg/m.sq. for 450 g of fiberglass matt; Coating in pure form: 250 g/m.sq.
Small epoxy pack (0.6 kg final mix) for occasional uses.Contents: 500 g resin (type 105) and 100 g hardener (type 205 or 206).Technical Information under "Downloads & Information".
Set with quick-hardening (5 minute) clear epoxy for sealing, repairing and fixing. Pot time 3 minutes. Adheres to just about all surfaces. Mixing ratio 1:1. Cames in packs to 200g (2 x 100 g) or 2 kg (2 x 1 kg).
Measuring and working with epoxy resin and hardener just got easier. WEST SYSTEM now offers the permanent, waterproof, gap-filling and gluing performance of their two-part epoxies in a convenient point-and-shoot package. This new Six10 Thickened Epoxy Adhesive meters the proper ratio of epoxy resin and hardener from a multi-chambered tube that fits in any standard caulking gun. The pre-thickened components travel through a static mixer where they are fully blended before being dispensed in a smooth, workable bead. This gap-filling structural epoxy bonds tenaciously to wood, metals, fiberglass and concrete. The mixture will not run or sag. Unlike other ready-to-dispense adhesives such as methyl methacrylates and polyurethane glues, Six10's physical properties are ideal for stitch and glue boat construction, fiberglass laminate repair and general marine bonding. Six10's sheer, thinning properties make it "thinner" as it's worked. It can be easily tooled into a fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics, like fiberglass.190 ml.

Modeling clay (epoxy/hardener) for quick repairs above and below the waterline. Adheres to GRP, wood, metal and plastic. Simply knead well and spread on.Hardens quickly.Mechanically resilient, can be painted over, resistant to salt water, oil and most acids and alkalis.
GELCOAT REPAIR KIT VT is used to repair minor gelcoat damage above and below the waterline. In the case of fine layer cracks, deep scratches and small breakouts in the outer skin of a GRP hull, the underlying laminate must be protected against water ingress with gelcoat. Water or moisture ingress would damage the strength of the laminate in the long term. The set consists of 180g water-resistant gelcoat, 20g CHP hardener, sandpaper, adhesive tape, filler, self-separating film and detailed instructions.
