Shipping Conditions Within Germany
- Fast Delivery: If your desired item is in stock, we can usually hand over your order to the shipping provider on the same day. Typically, you will receive your package the next or the following day, even with standard shipping.
- For orders over €250.00, we deliver standard packages within Germany free of charge (this does not apply to bulky goods, freight, or hazardous materials shipments).
- Delivery on Board: We are happy to deliver directly on board. Please provide the recipient's name along with the port and the ship's name to ensure the package is delivered successfully.
- Shipment Tracking: Upon handover to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with tracking information and can monitor the status of your package at any time.
- Pickup in Store: You can reserve items for pickup at our store in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld and collect them during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM, Sat 9 AM-1 PM).

Shipping conditions for worldwide shipping
We ship wherever you want.
Whether to Tahiti, the Canary Islands, or a port in the South Seas: Together with our transport partners, we have many years of experience in worldwide shipping, even to the most remote corners of the world.
- The shipping cost table applies to all standard package shipments up to 30 kg and a maximum length of 1.10 m.
- Import duties (customs or tax – only in non-EU countries) and any necessary customs clearance fees are not included in these prices.
- Shipping costs on request: For shipments over 30 kg outside Germany or shipments over €1,000 in merchandise value outside Europe, we determine the costs individually for each order and invoice them accordingly. You will receive an offer before the goods are shipped, which you must agree to.
Shipping with Closest Droppoint
For deliveries to Denmark, Austria, France, Sweden, and Finland, we offer the shipping method Closest Droppoint. Your package will be automatically delivered to the nearest pick-up point (e.g., parcel shop, gas station, or kiosk).
- The pick-up point is selected by the shipping service provider.
- After shipping, you will receive an email notification with the pick-up information.
- Pick-up must be within the deadline specified by the provider; please bring identification.
- Shipment tracking is available as usual.
- Depending on the country, this shipping method is more cost-effective than standard shipping.

Payment & Value Added Tax
Domestic Payment
We offer the following payment options within Germany (we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases):
- Via Wero: Pay using your Wero account. Wero is Europe's solution for simple, seamless and secure digital account-to-account payments. Initially in Germany, France and Belgium – and soon in many other countries across Europe. You can use Wero in two ways: Either Wero is integrated into your regular banking app, or you can download the Wero app – depending on your bank. Further information can be found directly from Wero.
- Via SEPA direct debit: Here we grant a 2% discount. The invoice amount will be debited from the account provided to us approximately 10 to 14 days after the invoice date (for existing customers only).
- By invoice: Invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date (for existing customers only and/or after prior contact).
- Via PayPal: Pay using your PayPal account.
- By credit card: Payment is possible with MASTERCARD or VISA.
- Cash on delivery: In addition to the flat-rate shipping fee, we charge a cash-on-delivery fee of 6.55 euros including 19% VAT (only possible for standard parcels).
International Payment
- Via Wero: Pay using your Wero account (currently available for France and Belgium). Further information can be found directly from Wero.
- By credit card: MASTERCARD or VISA.
- Via PayPal: Pay using your PayPal account.
- By advance payment: You will receive a pro forma invoice. Please transfer the amount due to our business account. Shipping will take place immediately after receipt of payment.
Calculation of VAT
For deliveries within the EU, we charge the VAT rate of the EU country of delivery. We deliver without charging VAT to:
- Customers within the EU, if we have been provided with a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID No.) in accordance with tax regulations,
- all customers outside the EU.
