The lever is made of steel with a special GEOMET corrosion coating, with red PVC coating. Nominal working pressure PN40.A lockable lever is available (see accessories).
Ball valve made of the seawater-resistant bronze alloy CC499K (CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C), specially developed for marine applications. The ball is made of hard chrome-plated brass CW617N, an additional special surface treatment prevents the adhesion of dirt and incrustations. The shaft is made of seawater-resistant brass CW625N, the lever and fixing nut are made of stainless steel 304.The lever is coated with PVC (the colour may differ from the one in the photo).
Sleeve gate valve with a housing of seawater-resistant bronze, heavy design with full run-through on both sides and inner threads. Hand wheel of painted steel, the shaft ist made of brass.Max. working pressure, 16 bar.
High-quality brass ball valve with full passage. All components are made from a corrosion resistant brass alloy CW602N - CuZn36Pb2AS.On both ends with BSP internal thread according to ISO 228, the ball hard chromed with sealant shells from PTFE. Hereby a long lasting light operation is guaranteed. The lever is made from steel and is protected from corrosion by a special PVC coating.
Branded ball valve made of chrome-plated brass, with full bore. Body, ball and shaft are made of copper alloy CW617N - CuZn40Pb2, also known as MS58. BSP female thread on both sides, high grade chrome-plated ball with PTFE sealing shells for smooth operation. The steel operating lever with PVC coating is protected against corrosion with a special GEOMET 321 coating.
This three-way valve is essential when using a buffer tank and allows three functions:- pump waste directly to overboard- pump black water into the buffer tank- empty black water from the buffertank to outboards. The outlets are angulated and individually adjustable.Compatible with most ship toilets currently on the market (JABSCO, RM).A special plug for the toilet bowl is included.Comes without toilet pump!
On both ends BSP internal thread, colour black with blue handle and a locking nose for a padlock. The ball cock is smooth-running, the ball PTFE sealed with reduced passage. Also available on request with sensors for an electronic position indicator. See under similar products.TRUDESIGN is the world leader in fittings made from composite materials. From its founding in 1974 the fittings are manufactured in New Zealand. Every TRUDESIGN part is made from high tensile composite GRP, a glass fibre reinforced Polyamide (6). The advantages are a high rigidity, temperature-resistance -40° to 80° C, resistant to oil and chemicals, of low weight, absolutely corrosion-resistant, electrically non-conductive and therefore especially suited for ship building materials which are galvanically sensitive like aluminium and steel.Every TRUDESIGN fitting has a tapered Whitworth pipe thread BSP (British Standard Pipe Thread) according to ISO 228-1, it is therefore fully convertible with fittings from brass, bronze or stainless steel. The shuttle valves and through hulls are approved and IMCI certificated after ISO 9093-2 (sea cocks and through hulls for pleasure vessels).
Very sturdy plastic T-valve from the manufacturer WHALE. Intented for blackwater, waste water and bilge water systems. (Bilge pump distribution, tank switching, etc.)Possible lever positions:- left outlet open- right outlet open- both outlets closedAvailable for 25 mm or 38 mm hose connection.
Ball valve with full open diameter, chromed brass body (alloy CW617N - CuZn40Pb2).Inner threads on both sides.Hard chromed brass ball with PTFE seal, brass shaft.Galvanized steel handle.Drain plug for water removal, which protects the housing from bursting in the cold season.
The BLAKES seacocks made of bronze (seawater-resistant bronze alloy CC491K - CuSn5Zn5Pb5) are characterised by a very robust, easy-to-maintain design that enables decades of use. The passage is opened and closed by means of a cone that does not require a seal and can be lubricated from the inside via a grease nipple. The valve body, the nozzle for the hose connection and the through-hull are made from a single casting, the assembly is carried out by screwing it to the hull using the enclosed bolts and a pressure plate. On the smaller valve, the enclosed pressure plate (4615-119) is designed as a sieve.Exceptionally well suited for inlets and outlets of toilets. Whether the seacock is open or closed can be immediately identified by the location of the handle.Lloyds Register Type approved. Available for a hose of 3/4" (19 mm) or 1 1/2" 38 mm).
