Description

The TRUDESIGN ball valve, made from glass-fibre-reinforced nylon composite, is a tried-and-tested product worldwide. This version features a T-handle, designed for installation scenarios where a large handle would be impractical or obstructive due to space constraints. The valve is corrosion- and electrolysis-resistant, electrically non-conductive and suitable for hulls made of aluminium, steel, wood or GRP. Ball and sealing rings made of PTFE. Parallel or cylindrical BSP internal threads.

Load Bearing Collars TRUDESIGN

The load bearing collar is a linkage developed by TRUDESIGN, which is mounted inboards between the sea cock and the through hull. The collar increases the load bearing area of the valve in order to increase the toughness against the shearing forces when operating the valve. Easy fitting, there is no need for additional holes in the hull and it is applicable for all hull materials. Certified by the ABYC, awarded with the DAME AWARD in 2015. Colour: black.
