All TRUDESIGN products are made of high-strength composite plastic, a glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Advantages: High strength, temperature resistant -40° to 80°, oil and chemical resistant, low weight, absolutely corrosion resistant, electrically non-conductive, therefore particularly suitable for galvanically sensitive shipbuilding materials such as aluminum and steel.

All TRUDESIGN fittings have a cylindrical Whitworth pipe thread BSP (British Standard Pipe Thread) in accordance with ISO 228-1 and can be used together with Armaturn made of brass, bronze or stainless steel without any problems.

The ball valves and flanges are approved and certified to ISO 9093-2 by IMCI and BUREAU VERITAS.
