Two-component, resistant epoxy fine filler that does not shrink during curing and achieves a particularly smooth surface. Before mixing, the individual components should first be stirred well alone and then together. The filler can then be applied in thin layers (up to 1 mm layer thickness on vertical surfaces). If the surface is to be painted with 1-component varnish afterwards, a layer of 2-component varnish or primer must be applied first.Color: gray.

EPIFANES 1500 is a non-shrinking, two-component epoxy-based filler.This filler provides smooth surfaces and can be applied in thick coats. It is exceptionally easy to sand and is suitable for all common boatbuilding materials above and below water. It can be applied to vertical surfaces in layers up to 2 cm thick in one operation, and even thicker in horizontal surfaces without shrinking during curing.After thorough degreasing and sanding, the cured filler can then be recoated with a 2-component system. Smaller repair areas can also be overcoated with 1K paints, such as EPIFANES MULTI-MARINE Primer. Mixing ratio 2:1.Tip: EPIFANES Fibreglass Prep Cleaner is suitable as a cleaner for degreasing the filled surface.

Simple, single-component fine and smoothing filler for wood and single-component paint systems above the waterline. Suitable for leveling unevenness on surfaces, for example as an intermediate step after priming and before the first coat of paint.&nbsp

YACHTCARE EPOXY FEINSPACHTEL is a quick-drying 2-component epoxy filler with the highest surface quality. The thixotropic fine filler, which is particularly easy to sand, produces a surface with very low pore volume. It is used for the fine processing of surfaces from painting, as well as for the reconditioning and covering of various materials in above and below water areas. YACHTCARE EPOXY FEINSPACHTEL is solvent-free and is characterised by its high water resistance and good sanding properties. Area of application: Universal for all imaginable fine filling work above and below water. Suitable for boat building materials such as GFK, CFK, steel, aluminium and non-working wood. Two-component filler for minor repairs above the waterline for steel and GRP (polyester), which can also be applied in thick layers. Can be overcoated with 1- and 2-component paints and lacquers.Application: Place the desired amount of filler on a clean mixing board and add 2-4% hardener. Mix both thoroughly. Work quickly. It is advisable to mix smaller quantities more frequently, especially when working at higher temperatures. This helps to avoid mixing too much; additionally, larger amounts of mixed filler harden faster.Tip: Sand immediately after drying and prime with 20% diluted paint to prevent moisture absorption and shrinkage of the paint layers.Safety note: Contains styrene. GELCOAT REPAIR KIT VT is used to repair minor gelcoat damage above and below the waterline. In the case of fine layer cracks, deep scratches and small breakouts in the outer skin of a GRP hull, the underlying laminate must be protected against water ingress with gelcoat. Water or moisture ingress would damage the strength of the laminate in the long term. The set consists of 180g water-resistant gelcoat, 20g CHP hardener, sandpaper, adhesive tape, filler, self-separating film and detailed instructions.

Very well applicable for problematic timber that by itself can absorb little resin like teak and oak. G/flex can even be employed on wet surfaces with restrictions. The set contains epoxy resin that can also be used for adhesion without fiberglass. EPIFANES Polyester Degreaser removes oil, grease, wax, silicone, and other contaminants that can affect the adhesion of subsequent coatings.Application: Thoroughly wipe the surface with Epifanes Polyester Degreaser. Use a clean, lint-free cloth and change it regularly during use. Apply only to dry surfaces.
