There is more to repair on fibreglass yachts and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) classics than one might think. With good products and a little craftsmanship, necessary work on laminate or Gelcoat can be done well. Epoxy resin is a versatile product - of course also for repair and maintenance use on traditional ships or yachts. It is suitable for laminating, bonding or coating. Except for good adhesion properties on many materials, it can be used as an adhesive or filler. Due to its high water resistance and low water absorption, epoxy is well suited for underwater …
AIRO - NAUTIC epoxy filler. Inexpensive all-around epoxy resin - fine filler. Two component finishing filler for all boatbuilding materials. Does not absorb water, thus is very good for underwater surfaces and is intended as an osmosis barrier. A thin layer results in a very fine surface.Colour: Light grey. Also available in exceptionally cheap large containers.
Two-component, resistant epoxy fine filler that does not shrink during curing and achieves a particularly smooth surface. Before mixing, the individual components should first be stirred well alone and then together. The filler can then be applied in thin layers (up to 1 mm layer thickness on vertical surfaces). If the surface is to be painted with 1-component varnish afterwards, a layer of 2-component varnish or primer must be applied first.Color: gray.

Measuring and working with epoxy resin and hardener just got easier. WEST SYSTEM now offers the permanent, waterproof, gap-filling and gluing performance of their two-part epoxies in a convenient point-and-shoot package. This new Six10 Thickened Epoxy Adhesive meters the proper ratio of epoxy resin and hardener from a multi-chambered tube that fits in any standard caulking gun. The pre-thickened components travel through a static mixer where they are fully blended before being dispensed in a smooth, workable bead. This gap-filling structural epoxy bonds tenaciously to wood, metals, fiberglass and concrete. The mixture will not run or sag. Unlike other ready-to-dispense adhesives such as methyl methacrylates and polyurethane glues, Six10's physical properties are ideal for stitch and glue boat construction, fiberglass laminate repair and general marine bonding. Six10's sheer, thinning properties make it "thinner" as it's worked. It can be easily tooled into a fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics, like fiberglass.190 ml.
EPOXY - BK is a solvent-free, thin-flowing, transparent protectant, laminating and grouting resin. It can be used as a binder for fillers (for example, lightweight fillers).
