G/flex 655 is a thyrotrope, already thickened for use, non dripping epoxy compound.This high-tensile and absolute water-proof epoxy is seen as a supplement to the existing WEST SYTEM epoxy products, which carries on where the standard system reaches its limits.In addition to the known good properties of WEST epoxy resins G/flex offers a especially high permanent flexibility (approx.30% ultimate elongation), a high peeling strength and a high tolerance towards moist surfaces. Especially well suited for all structural bonded joints where strong stresses of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration have to be absorbed, for instance at the joining of wood and metal or of types of timber that expand differently, as well as when bonding fittings to wood and other materials. Very well applicable for problematic timber that by itself can absorb little resin like teak and oak. G/flex has a user-friendly mixture ratio of 1:1 and can even be employed on wet surfaces with restrictions. It is also suited for GRP repairs as well as for the adhesion of problematic plastics like Polyethylene (PE) and PVC. This kit contains: 125 ml G/flex 655 resin, 125 ml G/flex 655 hardener, 2 reusable mixing stick/applicators, 5 mixing palettes,1 pair disposable neoprene gloves, and complete handling and repair instructions.

The EPOXY FIX REPAIR SET is for the repair of epoxy, polyester, wood and metal pieces and many other boatbuilding plastics. The set contains epoxy resin that can also be used for adhesion without fiberglass. GELCOAT REPAIR KIT VT is used to repair minor gelcoat damage above and below the waterline. In the case of fine layer cracks, deep scratches and small breakouts in the outer skin of a GRP hull, the underlying laminate must be protected against water ingress with gelcoat. Water or moisture ingress would damage the strength of the laminate in the long term. The set consists of 180g water-resistant gelcoat, 20g CHP hardener, sandpaper, adhesive tape, filler, self-separating film and detailed instructions.
