By REFLEKS especially for their different stoves pre aligned oil metering valves by the swiss manufacturer TOBY.The oil metering valves are equipped with an attached safety valve with a fusible cut-out for the automatic cut-off when the stove is overheating above 100°C. Fitting tubing: copper tube with D = 8 mm;Inlet and overflow pipe: compression type fitting,Outlet: flare type fitting.The TOBY oil metering valve DVR 5 is a time-tested single compartment controller for oil stoves, that operates with the gasification technique. The controller serves to regulate the amount of oil flowing and thereby the heating output. At the same time it acts as the safety valve for the stove.Since the CC oil metering valves used by REFLEKS before 2012 are not produced any more, a change to the TOBY oil metering valve became necessary.

It is possible, that a replacement becomes necessary after years of usage, since the burner chambers in all REFLEKS oil heater are made from steel plate.The chambers are shipped complete with welded infeed tube, with a stainless steel ring to direct the flame and in case of the small burners 66M, 71M and 62M also with the heater coil (catalyst) made from innox.With the larger burners the heater coil has to be ordered separately.Additional spare parts for the REFLEKS oil heaters not mentioned here, like burner base, new burner or heating coil are available on request.

Diesel heaters and stoves that burn fuel in a bowl burner are dependent on an uninterrupted, coordinated fuel supply to ensure that the flame does not go out or start to blacken.The task of the oil regulator is to constantly supply the correct amount of oil to the heater or stove.The adjustable oil regulator from DICKINSON regulates the correct oil supply to the burner bowl and ensures a safety shutdown via a float if the flame goes out unintentionally.It works without fault-prone electrics or electronics and is therefore particularly reliable. The draught regulator helps to reduce the draught in long chimneys and allows the user to operate the appliance at a lower fuel setting.The draught reduction is adjustable. Heater with which radiant heat from the exhaust pipe system is diverted to other rooms.Instead of a 550 mm stove pipe, HEATEX is used in the pipe system. It consists of a 550mm tube jacketed by a heat exchanger. On the back there is a flange with which DICKINSON pipes or flexible exhaust hoses are connected to the fan. When the fan is switched on, the heat is sucked in through the connecting line and distributed in the room.The scope of delivery includes the heat exchanger, the fan (12 or 24 volts) and a pipe angle.All parts are made of stainless steel.

All REFLEKS heating systems with a water circuit should be equipped with this shut-off valve.The KBB fire protection valve is a compact valve in a corrosion-resistant, non-flammable design that operates purely mechanically and does not require a power supply.The temperature sensor is connected to the valve via a permanently soldered capillary line.As soon as the temperature at the sensor exceeds the set value (90°), the oil supply to the stove is immediately interrupted by the valve.The valve remains closed until the reset button is pressed.The valve can also be triggered manually by pulling the reset button.The valve (supplied with connection material for 8 mm pipes, SR 8 mm cutting ring fitting on both sides) is installed in the oil supply line directly upstream of the regulator.The temperature sensor measures the flow hot water temperature near the heater. If the set temperature (90°C) is exceeded, the oil supply is shut off immediately.To connect the sensor to the heating pipework, use a copper T-piece with two G ½" male threaded pipe fittings (please order item no. 4292-100 separately). The vertical branch of the T-piece does not have direct access to the water circuit of the heating system, but is soldered onto the water-carrying pipe and serves to accommodate the temperature sensor.Care must be taken during installation to ensure that the capillary line is not kinked under any circumstances. 7 litre petroleum pressure tank from TAYLOR's, e.g. for the 079K petroleum heater, the 028 petroleum cooker or the 029 petroleum cooker with grill.The tank is made of stainless steel and fitted with a bicycle valve (Dunlop or lorry valve). It has a level indicator and a pressure gauge.The pressurised tank can be mounted in any position and is connected to the heater or cooker with a copper pipe.Dimensions: 180 x 340 x 290 mm (D x L x H).

The black steel stove pipe adapter fits ARADA solid fuel stoves with a 5" flue pipe connection. It enables the installation of the 130 mm stove pipes commonly used in Germany.

The existing cast iron side heat storage plates in the SALAMANDER SE can be replaced with vermiculite plates. The SALAMANDER SE is supplied with cast iron heat storage plates as standard. Compared to the cast-iron plates, the firebox heats up much faster with the vermiculite plates due to their insulating properties, which increases the efficiency of the stove.
