Description

Ball valve made of the seawater-resistant bronze alloy CC499K (CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C), specially developed for marine applications.

The ball is made of hard chrome-plated brass CW617N, an additional special surface treatment prevents the adhesion of dirt and incrustations. The shaft is made of seawater-resistant brass CW625N, the lever and fixing nut are made of stainless steel 304.

The lever is coated with PVC (the colour may differ from the one in the photo).

The passage is opened and closed by means of a cone that does not require a seal and can be lubricated from the inside via a grease nipple. The valve body, the nozzle for the hose connection and the through-hull are made from a single casting, the assembly is carried out by screwing it to the hull using the enclosed bolts and a pressure plate.
