Description

The chain connector was developed by the stainless steel chain specialist KETTEN WÄLDER and has the corresponding breaking load of the matching DUPLEX anchor chain.

Manufactured in Germany from high-strength and corrosion-resistant DUPLEX stainless steel 1.4462 (AISI318LN).

The special design aligns the anchor during hoisting and ensures good adaptation to the anchor roller. Smooth-running ball head swivel. The chain and anchor are each attached with a screwed bolt (hexagon socket).

The chain has high corrosion resistance in salt water, even at high water temperatures up to 35° (PRE value approx. 34). The surface is electropolished.Delivery in whole bundles from 20 m length (made up according to your length specification) or in shorter lengths loose per meter. Each bundle is delivered with a works certificate according to EN 10204-2.2. Delivery time approx. 3 weeks.CROMOX stainless steel anchor chains reach their maximum corrosion resistance in electropolished condition. During electropolishing, the surface is microscopically smoothed by electrochemical material. In addition, chromium and nickel accumulate on the surface, resulting in the formation of a resistant passive layer. This combination of minimal surface area with an optimal passive layer results in excellent corrosion resistance. KETTEN WÄLDER offers a 3-year corrosion protection guarantee on these chains.CROMOX anchor chains are produced in Germany by KETTEN WÄLDER. These chains offer maximum safety due to a particularly high breaking force, or a significant weight saving, since a smaller chain diameter can be used for the same breaking force.
