An all-around rope from SPUNFLEX. Proven for traditional ships and gaff rigs. Made from decay-resistant polypropylene (PP) - filament. Finished with a very high grade UV stabilizer, guaranteed long life and strength. This fiber is, in contrast to other hemp-colored synthetics, notably UV-resitant.A tightly laid 3-strand weave makes this rope easily spliceable and gives it the appearance of Manila hemp. It is, nevertheless, waterproof, does not harden with use and has little stretch. Thus we recommend it for all uses that demand robust lines, particularly for ropes that are exposed to the sun, for example, halyards, trim lines, sheets and permanent docklines. An all-round rope made from the SPUNFLEX brand fiber. Proven for traditional ships and gaff sailors.The rot-resistant polypropylene (PP) film fibre, equipped with a very high-quality UV stabilizer, guarantees a long service life and load-bearing capacity. In contrast to other hemp-colored synthetic fibers, this fiber is extremely UV-resistant. With a 3-shaft lay, the rope is easy to splice and looks like rope made from Manila hemp. However, it is buoyant, does not harden in use and has little stretch.
