Oventrop was founded in 1851 by Arnold Oventrop in Altena and later relocated its headquarters to Olsberg in the Sauerland region. The company evolved from a brass and bronze goods manufacturer into a leading producer of valves and system technology for heating, cooling, and potable water supply. Today, Oventrop employs approximately 1,000 people at its sites in Olsberg and Brilon, as well as in production facilities in Poland and China. With eight subsidiaries and numerous representatives, the company operates in over 80 countries worldwide.
The product portfolio includes modular systems for efficient heating, cooling, and clean drinking water. This encompasses thermostatic valves, balancing valves, fresh water stations, and solutions for hydraulic balancing.
