Products from Jeffery

Jeffery’s No. 2 Black Marine Glue is a traditional hot-pour seam compound that has been used for decades to seal deck seams on wooden boats. Manufactured in England according to the original formula, this product offers a reliable solution for caulking deck seams.
The glue is supplied in block form and must be heated to approximately 190–200 °C before application. It is then poured into the prepared, clean, and dry deck seams. To avoid air entrapment, two layers are recommended. The material remains flexible for many years, resists cracking in cold temperatures, and does not soften in high heat, making it particularly suitable for use in warm climates.
Average coverage is approximately 1 kg per 10 meters of deck seam. Jeffery’s Marine Glue is available in 12.5 kg (carton) and 25 kg (metal pail) packaging units and is valued worldwide by traditional boatbuilders and shipyards.
