Tercoo® is a manufacturer of rotary blasting discs for surface treatment from the Netherlands. The products are an alternative to sandblasting and remove rust, paint, tar, epoxy, filler, and adhesive residues from materials such as steel, iron, concrete, stone, and polyester. The process produces a blasted surface with defined roughness, ready for new protective coatings. Tercoo® discs are designed for use with drills (3000–4000 rpm) or special polishing machines.

Metal scraper disk TERCOO

TERCOO is a rotating disk for the removal of rust, paint, tar, epoxy, paint, adhesives etc. from various materials such as steel, iron or other metals.The rubber disks may be attached to a standard drill and allow rust or paint removal, as thoroughly as sandblasting.The result is a sandblasted surface with the appropriate texture suitable for the application of a new protective coating.TERCOO provides the correct surface preparation for proper adhesion of new protective coatings.With revs of 1500 - max. 4000 RPM up to 6 sq.m. can be worked with a single disk in one hour. Available designs:Metal (brown): single disk, one pin row. Metal (brown): double disk, two pin rows. Metal (brown): triple disk, three pin rows.

TERCOO suction device

Suction device compatible with the TERCOO metal scraper disks. Minimises the rust, dust and paint particles produced from grinding and is recommended in addition to a face mask when working on or under the ship. Fits Hoovers with a hose diameter of 25mm. In combination with the TERCOO guiding rail with spacer the work - for instance below the waterline - is definitely made easier.

TERCOO guiding rail with spacer

The TERCOO guiding rail with spacer makes the work with TERCOO scraper disk a great deal easier. The distance to the work part is adjusted by an adjusting screw, enabling one to work with little effort. The large handle adds additional strong grip. In combination with the TERCOO suction device the work - for instance below the waterline - is definitely made easier.
