Force 10 was founded in 1981 in Vancouver, Canada, and specialized in the development and production of cooking appliances for maritime use. In 2006, the company was acquired by the French manufacturer ENO, a company with more than 100 years of experience in producing cooking equipment. Today, production takes place in Niort, France, and all products carry the "Origine France Garantie" label.

The Force 10 product range includes gas and electric cooking appliances for onboard use. These include gimballed gas stoves with two to five burners, built-in cooktops, wall ovens, electric hobs, as well as grill and plancha systems. The appliances are made from seawater-resistant 304L stainless steel, feature electronic ignition and thermal protection, and are designed for use under harsh conditions. Spare parts are available worldwide, and the products are built for longevity and repairability.
