Extremely fast-drying, robust yacht enamel that dries only semi-gloss, resulting in a certain degree of slip resistance. Suitable for applications above the waterline, especially for heavily used areas such as walking decks and hatch coamings.The paint offers very good adhesion, is mechanically durable, and is suitable for areas subject to heavy use. By adding up to 25% EPIFANES Clear Varnish (Art.No. 2050-001), the gloss level can be increased; by adding EPIFANES Anti-Slip Additive (Art.No. 2059-002), the slip resistance of the paint on walking decks can be increased.Can be applied to wood, steel, and aluminum above the waterline, as well as for refurbishing already existing, intact paint systems.Application The surface must be clean, dry, dust- and grease-free. EPIFANES BILGENFARBE is a one-component, air-drying protective coating based on oil-modified alkyd resins with a semi-gloss finish. EPIFANES BLACK BOTTOM flexible bitumen-based protective coating for the area above and below the waterline.This modern version of the so-called black varnish adheres well to raw steel and wood surfaces as well as existing tar and bitumen layers and synthetic primers. EPIFANES FLAT BLACK is a one-component, black matte finish based on urethane resin for interior and exterior areas. With a gloss rate of only 5–10%, it gives surfaces a modern, matte appearance. The product is resistant to alcohol and common household cleaners and has high scratch resistance.Application: The substrate must be clean, dry, grease-free, and sanded; application is done with a brush, roller, or spray gun. On GRP, steel, wood, or aluminum, a suitable primer such as EPIFANES MULTI MARINE PRIMER (Art.No. 2066-175) is recommended, depending on the material. Indoors, up to three coats are applied directly to the previously primed surface. “Pure Gold in a tin” - EPIFANES GOLD SPECIAL contains a very high proportion of metallic, pure gold dust pigments. This gold paint was developed on an acrylic copolymer basis for decorative stripes, ship names, and lettering on classic yachts, where traditionally gold leaf was laboriously applied. In contrast, EPIFANES GOLD SPECIAL is easier to apply than gold leaf and allows the included gold dust to shine in its typical gloss and color tone. Application: The surface must be dry, well degreased, and sanded. On GRP, steel, wood, and zinc, an adhesion-promoting primer with EPIFANES MULTI MARINE PRIMER (Art.No 2066-175) is recommended, which should be sanded with P180–P220 after drying. Stir well before use and stir occasionally during application to prevent the gold pigments from settling. Do not apply wet-on-wet and do not apply excessively thick wet coats. Preferably apply with a soft, long-bristled brush in a single, even stroke. EPIFANES MULTIGUARD+ is a tar-free, semi-gloss black marine paint suitable for bare steel surfaces as well as for the maintenance of existing tar and bitumen coatings. The coating has excellent adhesion to steel as well as to pretreated tar and bitumen layers. The paint is colorfast and resistant to alternating influences of water and air. Application is by brush, roller, or spray gun. Application: Stir well prior to application. Make sure to apply the product only in well ventilated areas. The temperature should be above 8°C while applying and during drying times. The first coat is applied to bare steel or to roughened or softened tar layers thinned with 20–25% EPIFANES 1K Spray Thinner (Art. No. 2059-110) or white spirit and applied with a stiff bristle brush. Subsequent coats are applied with a short-haired lambskin roller. The substrate must be clean, grease-free, and dust-free. It is characterized by very good weather resistance, long-lasting gloss, fast drying, and good flow properties. Suitable as a topcoat for areas such as the bulwark or superstructures. Can be applied to gelcoat/GRP, steel, wood, and aluminum in interior and exterior areas above the waterline, as well as for repainting existing 1-C and 2-C coatings. It is suitable for fresh and saltwater areas and offers increased protection against weathering to maintain gloss and color stability in the transition area between water and air. Applicable to GRP/gelcoat, steel, wood, and aluminum above the waterline. Application It is recommended to apply with a long-haired, soft brush, a mohair roller, or spray gun at temperatures between 10 °C and 28 °C and relative humidity between 50% and 75%. Before application, stir the can well. Do not work wet-on-wet. For a new build, at least two coats of EPIFANES WATERLINE PAINT are recommended. Between coats, sand lightly with P400. EPIFANES WERDOL COASTERLACK offers long-lasting gloss, high weather resistance, and is suitable for interior and exterior use above the waterline. It can be used on steel, wood, aluminum, or gelcoat in combination with a suitable primer and is also suitable for reworking existing, intact 1- or 2-component coatings.Application: The surface must be clean, dry, grease-free, and sanded. Fast-drying, glossy single-component alkyd paint. SIGMARINE 48 is particularly suitable as a topcoat on decks, e.g., outer hull or superstructures. SIGMARINE 49 is a high-gloss alkyd topcoat for interior and exterior areas above the waterline. It is easy to apply with a brush and shows very good flow, high weather resistance, opacity and color stability. The paint is also resistant to sulphur dioxide (occurs in areas with high levels of air pollution). Not suitable for permanent exposure to water or continuous exposure to spray water.

The coating is suitable for steel surfaces above the waterline and creates a smooth, dark metallic glossy surface.
