Description

EPIFANES BLACK BOTTOM flexible bitumen-based protective coating for the area above and below the waterline.
This modern version of the so-called black varnish adheres well to raw steel and wood surfaces as well as existing tar and bitumen layers and synthetic primers. It is easy to apply, offers high UV resistance, elasticity and protection against the changing influences of water and air.

Note: It is recommended to apply the first layer with 15-25% with EPIFANES 1K-Spraythinner and use a stiff brush to work the paint onto the surface. For effective corrosion protection on new hulls, apply at least 250-300 μm to the raw substrate in the underwater area.
