This results in a very well adhering and robust cathodic corrosion protection layer. HANSAZINC ST tolerates residual moisture (no wetness) and slight flash rust formation.
Can be painted over with 2-component paints, as well as with bitumen, vinyl and chlorinated rubber primers, but not with alkyd resin-based paints and paints containing zinc phosphate. Not suitable for use on galvanized, stainless, light or non-ferrous metals, wood, mineral substrates or plastics.
