EPIFANES POLYURETHANE PRIMER is a hard 2-component polyurethane primer. The primer has excellent adhesion properties, fills small pores and scratches and ensures a smooth surface for subsequent final coating with colored EPIFANES POLY URETHANE paint. EPIFANES RUST REMOVER is an acid-free rust converter based on water-displacing polymers that stops the rusting process. Provides a good primer for 1- and 2-component primers and paints above and below water. Water-based adhesion primer based on acrylate resin for hard-to-adhere substrates such as aluminum, galvanized steel, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, glass or ceramics. EPIFANES WASHPRIMER AQ is suitable for use in one- and two-component systems, above and below the waterline, indoors and outdoors. Application: Thoroughly clean the substrate, remove salt, grease, oil, and zinc salts. Keep the surface dry and free of corrosion. Apply evenly with a brush, air spray, or airless spray. WERDOL Primer Paint is a one-component, traditional primer for use on untreated wood. Good filling and covering properties for interior and exterior use. WERDOL Bleimennige is a traditional, rust-preventing primer based on a modified linseed oil alkyd resin and a mixture of lead and iron oxide. Provides excellent rust protection on steel and has a rot-preventive effect on untreated wood. Nowadays it is mainly used for restoration work, as the lead oxide it contains is harmful to health and toxic to reproduction. A solvent-based, one-component polyurethane resin that is ideal as an adhesive primer for laminates with epoxy or polyester coatings. PAINT SYSTEM G4 Extra cures by releasing solvents and cross-links by absorbing moisture from the air and the substrate. This creates a wear-resistant film with high impact resistance.As a binder for wood flour, G4 Extra can also be used for the production of wood filler to fill chippings and wind cracks. It is also suitable as a hard-wearing sealant for dark woods (e.g. mahogany). The coating has a yellowish-transparent coloration, which is intensified when exposed to UV light. HEMPEL LIGHT PRIMER is a high-quality two-component primer based on epoxy resin for underwater and above-water applications. It serves as a good barrier against penetrating water vapor on rigid substrates, for osmosis prevention and repair on GRP and as corrosion protection on metals. It can also be used on plywood and hardwood. Suitable for interior and exterior use above and below the waterline, as well as for coating keels and rudders.Within the specified recoating intervals, LIGHT PRIMER can also be recoated directly with a subsequent product without intermediate sanding. Premium primer that combines the properties of a rust protection primer and an air-drying natural oil with high solids content and exceptional penetrating properties. Thanks to the formulation with OWATROL oil, OWATROL CIP has a low surface tension and is three times "wetter" than water. This allows it to optimally wet surfaces and penetrate even hard-to-reach corners that may not be mechanically derusted. It penetrates thick rust layers down to the "sound" metal and displaces moisture and air.The oil dries completely, even in thick layers given sufficient drying time. After drying, it remains elastic but is hard enough due to the added primer to be coated with a subsequent one- or two-component system such as an epoxy or chlorinated rubber primer. Zinc dust-containing (67%), surface-tolerant 2-component epoxy primer with high penetration properties, even on steel surfaces that have only been derusted by hand or water-blasted. The pigment-rich formulation results in a very well adhering and robust cathodic corrosion protection layer for use above and below water.HANSAZINC ST tolerates residual moisture (no wetness) and slight flash rust formation. Can be painted over with two-component paints as well as with bitumen, vinyl and chlorinated rubber primers, but not with alkyd resin-based paints and paints containing zinc phosphate. Not suitable for use on galvanized, stainless, light or non-ferrous metals, wood, mineral substrates or plastics.Application: The mixing ratio is 93:7 (base:hardener) by volume. The pot life is 3-4 hours. Depending on the substrate, the product can be applied by spraying, brushing or rolling. SEAJET 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer is a two-component primer based on epoxy resin in spray form, which is particularly suitable for small spot repairs. The product is especially abrasion-resistant and serves as a barrier coat against water exposure in underwater areas as well as a robust primer for 2-component paints in above-water areas.  Application: The substrate should be free of contaminants; depending on the substrate, the surface should be sanded before application. Shake the spray can for at least 2 minutes before use. Then the hardener is activated via the valve at the bottom of the can and the can is shaken again for 2 minutes. Ensure good ventilation during processing, do not inhale spray mist, and wear suitable protective gloves as well as eye/face protection.
