A solvent-based, one-component polyurethane resin that is ideal as an adhesive primer for laminates with epoxy or polyester coatings. PAINT SYSTEM G4 Extra cures by releasing solvents and cross-links by absorbing moisture from the air and the substrate. This creates a wear-resistant film with high impact resistance.
As a binder for wood flour, G4 Extra can also be used for the production of wood filler to fill chippings and wind cracks. It is also suitable as a hard-wearing sealant for dark woods (e.g. mahogany). The coating has a yellowish-transparent coloration, which is intensified when exposed to UV light. VOSSCHEMIE Polyurethane Varnish G8 SUPER offers improved UV protection. Not suitable for indoor use (e.g. cabin).

VOSSCHEMIE G8 SUPER is a one-component polyurethane clear coat with high resistance to chemicals, cleaners, and weathering. The solvent-based coating cures through humidity, remains nearly non-yellowing, and is suitable for many absorbent substrates such as wood, metal, and solvent-resistant plastics. Due to its formulation, the product does not contain additional UV absorbers and is not suitable for use in living areas.Application: G8 SUPER is applied with a brush or spray gun. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of grease; solid wood must not exceed a maximum wood moisture content of 15%. For priming on porous substrates, dilution with a maximum of 50% polyurethane thinner is recommended. The application amount per layer should not exceed 250 ml/m². For a durable surface film, at least three undiluted coats are required. Suitable for touching up galvanized anchors, anchor chains and for repairing welding and sheet metal work (electrically conductive during welding). Prevents rust and offers good protection against extreme weather conditions. Temperature resistant up to 500 °C. Suitable as a single coating or as a primer for further top coats on systems exposed to water and weathering.
