HEMPEL'S DURA-GLOSS VARNISH is a fast-drying, high-gloss clear varnish with a balanced ratio of hardness and flexibility. Application: For untreated wood, a primer with HEMPEL'S WOOD IMPREG (Item No. 2577-016) is recommended as a first coat. The oil penetrates deeply into the wood and ensures an even saturation of the substrate.Application: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease; the wood moisture content must not exceed 16%. RYLARD VG63 dries very slowly compared to synthetic resin varnishes, which accounts for the elasticity and durability required for solid wood boats.
