EPIFANES WATERLINE PAINT is a high-gloss, 1-component enamel based on urethane/alkyd resin, specially formulated for the waterline area. It is suitable for fresh and saltwater areas and offers increased protection against weathering to maintain gloss and color stability in the transition area between water and air. Applicable to GRP/gelcoat, steel, wood, and aluminum above the waterline. Application It is recommended to apply with a long-haired, soft brush, a mohair roller, or spray gun at temperatures between 10 °C and 28 °C and relative humidity between 50% and 75%. Before application, stir the can well. Do not work wet-on-wet. For a new build, at least two coats of EPIFANES WATERLINE PAINT are recommended. Between coats, sand lightly with P400. EPIFANES RUBBED EFFECT VARNISH is a fast-drying, scratch-resistant 1-component clear varnish based on urethane/alkyd resin with a satin finish. The varnish is suitable exclusively for interior areas and creates a warm, silky surface with good resistance to alcohol and common household cleaners. Application: On bare wood, it is recommended to first build up with several coats of high-gloss varnish such as EPIFANES CLEAR VARNISH (Art.No. 2050-001).
