Description

The WINDEX DINGHY / DINGHY 6 is a compact wind direction indicator for smaller dinghies, dinghies and multihulls. With its small size and lightweight design, it is particularly suitable for boats where there is little space for masthead mounting. The wind indicator is equipped with a precisely balanced wind vane and a low-friction sapphire bearing, which enables a clear display even in light winds.

Two versions are currently available:

WINDEX DINGHY (old model): supplied with a stainless steel bracket for side mounting on the mast.
WINDEX DINGHY 6: the new version of the smallest WINDEX. It can be mounted at any height on masts or bowsprits with a diameter of 45-70 mm using a rubber cable bracket. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically and the WINDEX 6 can be removed again very quickly after use.
