As it was common on yachts in earlier times: Pennant stick of varnished pine with stainless steel wind indicator epoxied on top.The pennant pole is raised upright on a separate halyard. That way the wind indicator reaches well above the top of the mast. When cruising the club pennant will naturally be attached to the pole, when racing it will be replaced by the square race pennant.Measurements:Total length, including wind indicator: 190 cm. The WINDEX DINGHY / DINGHY 6 is a compact wind direction indicator for smaller dinghies, dinghies and multihulls. With its small size and lightweight design, it is particularly suitable for boats where there is little space for masthead mounting. The drogue is made from sturdy Nylon with good tensile strength. A solid plastic ring is incorporated at the end of the air sleeve, mostly preventing it from getting caught and prolonging the life span. It is in use at air ports, bridges, yacht harbours, cable railways, etc. The windsock is envisaged for use with an air sleeve cage, which must be ordered separately. Colour: red white.

Support frame for windsocks with a diameter of 30 cm or 40 cm. They allow a free flow and reliable alignment of the windsock to the wind direction thanks to an integrated rotating mechanism. The construction is designed for permanent outdoor use and is suitable for airfields as well as for technical applications, for example in industrial plants or at fire department and disaster control sites.The baskets are made of galvanized steel components and are therefore permanently protected against corrosion. An integrated bearing with ball and plain bearings ensures smooth and quiet rotation. The windsock frame is firmly welded and ready to install. The windsock pole has a diameter of 16 mm and has holes for attachment to a windsock pole.This is not included in the scope of delivery and must therefore be procured on site.
