The original from Sweden: Wind direction indicator WINDEX 10 C is used for the precise display of the apparent wind direction on board and is designed for sailboats between 3–6 meters (10–20 feet) in length. The construction consists of a UV-resistant plastic needle with a smooth-running vane and two adjustable tacking tabs for optimal trim assistance. The high-quality sapphire bearing ensures low-friction movement even in light wind conditions. Thanks to the reflector tape on the underside of the vane and the tacking tabs, the WINDEX 10 is easy to read both during the day and at night. It is mounted using the included bracket, which allows the wind indicator to be attached on top of or to the side of the mast.WINDEX vanes are robust due to their high-quality construction and can be used for several years if installed correctly.
