This recessed wall luminaire from the traditional company DAVEY London was originally used in England as step lighting in buses.
On board, however, it is equally suitable as ideal companionway lighting.
The front grille of heavy cast brass is hand-polished or chrome-plated. It is recessed with a foam rubber gasket. The housing is made of deep-drawn sheet brass, painted white.
The thick-walled, clear ribbed glass ensures good light diffusion.
The lamp has a Ba15d bayonet socket.
The lamp is supplied without bulb. The use of low-voltage incandescent lamps is possible as well as the use of LED lamps.
