SIKAFLEX 295 UV schwarz 300ml-Scheibenkleber
SIKAFLEX-295 UV is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant for plastic glass in the marine sector. It is stable, weather and UV-resistant and meets the requirements of the IMO. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.
Application: Sikaflex-295 UV is used for bonding and grouting plastic panes (PC, PMMA) and for visible joints on board. Substrates must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease and dust. The specific surface pre-treatment is carried out according to the Sika® pre-treatment table. Processing between 10-35 °C, optimum temperature 15-25 °C. Ideally, the adhesive should be applied in a triangular bead. Carry out joining work within the skin forming time. Smoothing before skin formation, recommended with Sika® Smoothing Agent N. Remove uncured material with Sika® Remover-208; cured material only mechanically. Can be painted over before and after skin formation; if painting after skin formation, pre-treat with Sika® Activator-100 or Sika® Activator-205 if necessary.
