HEMPEL'S ECOPOWER PROP Spray is a biocide-free spray paint for coating propellers, Z-drives and stern drives. Protects against fouling and facilitates cleaning. An advanced binder technology controls the self-renewing effect over the entire season.

For use on uncoated surfaces, priming with HEMPEL'S Prop Primer is recommended.
For existing, old or traditional antifouling, remove loose material and fouling beforehand. On surfaces with existing, old hard matrix or unknown antifouling, the surface should also be wet-sanded (180 grit). Then clean and dry the surface. If the condition of the previous antifouling layer is poor, seal with a layer of primer (e.g. HEMPELS Prop Primer).

Note: The effectiveness of biocide-free underwater coatings depends on the area of operation and the boat's sailing characteristics. Regular inspection of the hull during the season is recommended. Any fouling that occurs can be minimized by gentle cleaning with a sponge or soft brush.

Reliable, self-polishing antifouling with copper compounds and organic, bioactive substances for northern European coastal and inland waters. Thanks to the self-eroding surface, the bioactive substances can always develop their optimum effect over the entire service life of the coating and it does not need to be sanded before a new coat is applied. YACHTCARE SAFEGUARD SP Bioicde Free Bottom Paint
YACHTCARE SAFEGUARD SP is a self-polishing, biocide-free underwater coating for cruising areas with light to moderate fouling. It is suitable for sailing and motorboats made of GRP, steel, wood or aluminum. The specially developed LUBRICATOR FLUID by YACHTCARE, a special additive, makes it harder for fouling to adhere to the surface and makes cleaning easier after hauling out the boat. SAFEGUARD SP can be applied to most sanded hard and self-polishing antifoulings without the need for a bonding primer. Not suitable for application on thin-film antifoulings.Note: The effectiveness of biocide-free underwater coatings depends on the cruising area and the boat’s performance. Regular hull inspections during the season are recommended.
