EPIFANES CR Antifouling Primer is a universal underwater ship primer based on chlorinated rubber. Suitable for use on steel, aluminum, wood and polyester. It dries quickly and can be applied to many pre-treated substrates and old coatings. The chlorinated rubber contained in the primer makes it permanently elastic, allowing it to bridge the natural movement of wood, for example.Technical dataSubstrates: GRP, wood, steel, aluminum, existing commercially available antifoulings Pre-treatment: Fouling and adhesions on old coatings must be removed. The substrate must be clean, degreased, dry, well sanded and free of dust. Wash off salt or other water-soluble contaminants with fresh water.
