Below deck there is a large, smooth-running locking lever, which engages in a plastic bearing supplied with the boat by means of a rotary movement and, thanks to its special design, pulls the hatch cover downwards and thus closes it tightly.The lock can be operated from the outside with a winch handle with an internationally standardised octagon.

It is on both sides equipped with square mounting plates of (L x W x H) 63 x 63 x 3 mm with 4 countersink holes of 6 mm.The latch has a stop, that restricts the angle of movement to 90°.
