Dog Assembly Stainless Steel DIN83104
Heavy-duty dog assembly for ship’s doors and hatch covers; the designs comply with DIN 83104. Intended for installation by welding the tube in place.
The handles are made of A4 stainless steel and are available in either an raw or polished finish. Depending on the variant, the 73 mm long weld-in tube is made of steel, aluminium or A4 stainless steel. The bushes are made of polyamide.
Available designs:
- Type A: Operation from both sides via two handles.
- Type B: One handle and a 19 × 19 mm square spigot on the opposite side.
- Type C: One handle and a flat head on the opposite side.
The sleeves have an M10 × 1 thread for fitting a grease nipple.
A limit stopper for welding to the door or hatch frame is available separately. You can find spare or single parts under ‘Accessories’.
