These dock lines, made from modified high-strength polypropylene, were developed for the commercial shipping industry.
At the same weight, these (waterproof) lines have a breaking strength between 25 and 30 percent higher than split-thread polypropylene dock lines.
Only the color (sea green) requires some getting used to on board traditional ships.
