Description

The DockTwin from Gleistein combines a highly elastic polyamide core with an abrasion-resistant, UV-resistant polyester cover. This gives the mooring line high breaking strength, effective shock absorption and robust handling – the best of both worlds.

Thanks to its polyamide core, the DockTwin achieves a higher breaking strength than comparable rope made of pure polyester. The rope remains flexible, does not kink and can be spliced. Suitable as a mooring line or spring line for sailing and motor yachts.

The stated breaking loads apply to the spliced condition. Unspliced, the linear breaking loads are approximately 10% higher.
