Built from Dutch patterns in a small workshop.
Similar to the design of American yacht blocks. However, the axles are not bolted together, rather they are covered with small bronze plates. The sheaves are cast from aluminum bronze and run on bronze bearings.
The housing is copper-rivited and high gloss varnished with EPIFANES.

Description

Classic elmwood block with bindings of high-tensile and exceptionally seawater-resistant aluminum bronze. Single block with bronze span hook.

Built from Dutch patterns in a small workshop.
Similar to the design of American yacht blocks. However, the axles are not bolted together, rather they are covered with small bronze plates. The sheaves are cast from aluminum bronze and run on bronze bearings.
The housing is copper-rivited and high gloss varnished with EPIFANES.
