Balsam turpentine oil is a high-quality, pure natural product with strong dissolving power, obtained by distillation from the turpentine (balsam) of coniferous trees such as pinetrees. It is transparent, mildly scented, and suitable as a thinner for paints and varnishes based on oil and oil-alkyd resins. It can also be used to dissolve natural resins and oils. Application: The balsam turpentine oil can be added according to the paint manufacturer's instructions. Storage should be cool but frost-free.
