The BALLISTOL PTFE Dry Lubrication Spray is suitable for clean dry lubrication of sensitive areas. It is free from oil, grease, and silicone. Finest PTFE particles adhere even to microscopically small surface irregularities, thereby reducing adhesion, sliding, and rolling friction, and protecting against dirt and dust deposits. The spray is highly compatible with materials and suitable for all common materials.The spray is suitable for consistent and long-lasting lubrication of rollers and bearings, sliding guides and rails, cable pulls and telescopic guides, gears and cogs, as well as plastics of all kinds.Application: Shake well before use. Penetrating oil based on natural oils, which is used as an additive to improve the flow properties of conventional and semi-synthetic paints. It reduces visible brush strokes, impregnates wood and has a rust-inhibiting effect on steel by penetrating deep into the substrate. This means that a favorable result can be achieved even under difficult conditions.

The Zinc Spray from EURO LOCK offers a fast-drying corrosion protection with excellent long-term effect for all metals. It is suitable for use on thermally stressed parts such as intake manifolds, heat exchangers, oil coolers, etc. It is electrically conductive and heat resistant up to 500 °C.Additionally, it is suitable for reworking or repairing defects on hot-dip galvanized parts, and for touching up damaged zinc coatings.Also suitable for refreshing galvanized anchors, anchor chains, and for repairing welding and sheet metal work. Solvent-free, soft coating material based on lanolin (wool fat). FLUID FILM Gel BN is a physiologically safe and environmentally friendly corrosion protection agent. It serves as a single-layer long-term protective coating for ships, docks, offshore units, and similar objects when surface preparation is limited to high-pressure washing. The viscous gel can be used as a lubricant for machines, equipment, winches, and for wire rope preservation. The product offers excellent corrosion protection, lasting up to 20 years in enclosed spaces. It penetrates residual rust, and promotes the self-healing effect in case of damage to existing coatings. FLUID FILM Gel BN is temperature stable from -45 °C to +70 °C. Complies with MIL-Spec C-23050 guidelines. Preparation: Loose components, dirt, rust, and standing water must be removed before application. FLUID FILM LIQUID A is a transparent, solvent-free, oil-based corrosion protection based on lanolin (wool grease) for soft coating of steel surfaces in above and underwater areas.The product displaces water, penetrates existing rust, and forms an elastic, adhesive protective film. It was originally intended for flooding repair-needed ballast water tanks on ships, floating docks, offshore units, for flooding coating of cavities, ballast water tanks, offshore structures, and hard-to-reach areas. It is suitable for wooden substrates and hand-rusted steel surfaces above water.This aromatic-free preservative is primarily used where sandblasting and the use of a rust machine are out of the question, such as on inboard walls, in the bilge or in the anchor locker.&nbsp

"TONKI" - the classic! Glossy, clear varnish oil for wood and metal. The formulation of LE TONKINOIS varnish oil is based on a special formula in which high-quality linseed oil and Chinese wood oil (tung oil) are cooked together. This creates a natural product without chemical additives. The varnish oil is suitable for indoor and outdoor use as well as for application under extreme weather conditions. It forms a resistant, elastic protective film with high UV resistance and highlights the natural grain of the wood.Application: LE TONKINOIS VARNISH is applied to untreated or cleanly sanded wood. Premium primer that combines the properties of a rust protection primer and an air-drying natural oil with high solids content and exceptional penetrating properties. Thanks to the formulation with OWATROL oil, OWATROL CIP has a low surface tension and is three times "wetter" than water. This allows it to optimally wet surfaces and penetrate even hard-to-reach corners that may not be mechanically derusted. Zinc dust-containing (67%), surface-tolerant 2-component epoxy primer with high penetration properties, even on steel surfaces that have only been derusted by hand or water-blasted. The pigment-rich formulation results in a very well adhering and robust cathodic corrosion protection layer for use above and below water.HANSAZINC ST tolerates residual moisture (no wetness) and slight flash rust formation. Can be painted over with two-component paints as well as with bitumen, vinyl and chlorinated rubber primers, but not with alkyd resin-based paints and paints containing zinc phosphate. Not suitable for use on galvanized, stainless, light or non-ferrous metals, wood, mineral substrates or plastics.Application: The mixing ratio is 93:7 (base:hardener) by volume. This calcium phosphate compound dissolved in resin provides effective corrosion protection for all bare, rusted, or previously painted ferrous metals. PERMA FILM AL is suitable for ballast water tanks, offshore structures, machine components, and hard-to-derust areas such as the bilge.The lamellar pigment structure forms a barrier against water and oxygen, even on incompletely derusted or damp substrates. The paint can also be applied at low temperatures and is particularly resistant to saltwater.Surface preparation: Clean the surface (high-pressure wash) and remove loose particles with a wire brush. Surfaces may be surface damp but without water droplets. A thin coat of FLUID FILM LIQUID A is recommended as a primer. This combination keeps the system flexible, cures on the surface, and combines the positive properties of FLUID FILM’s penetration capability with those of a solid protective layer.Application: The product can be applied by airless spraying, brush, or roller. WICHINOX PASSIVATION GEL from french manufacturer WICHARD is a cleaning and passivation agent for the maintenance of stainless steel parts in maritime and industrial environments. The gel formulation makes application easier even in hard-to-reach areas and ensures effective restoration of the protective passive layer on stainless steel.The product helps to remove tarnished surfaces and light corrosion marks on stainless steel fittings from Wichard, as well as other stainless steel components such as stanchions, handrails, or fenders. Application: Dismantle the parts to be treated if possible to avoid damaging adjacent surfaces. Ensure adequate ventilation and appropriate protective measures (e.g. gloves, safety goggles) during use. Stir before use. Apply the gel to the stainless steel surfaces to be treated with a brush and allow to act for 5–15 minutes. After the exposure time, rinse thoroughly.
