EPIFANES EASY FLOW penetrating oil is a multi-purpose additive made of natural oils to improve the impregnating ability of one-component primers or undercoats. This product can be added to all conventional and semi-synthetic paints, even under difficult conditions, a favorable result is achieved. By adding 5-10% to the paint, visible brush strokes are avoided, thus creating a closed and smooth surface. Can also be used as an impregnating oil for wood and as a preservative oil for rusted steel surfaces freed from loose rust. This product can be reworked with conventional paints.
OWATROL OIL, which is based on natural oils and has exceptionally good penetration properties, is the basic product for many applications. It is three times wetter than water, i.e. it even creeps upwards. On rusty metal, it creeps deep into the rust pores and displaces the air and moisture (i.e. the actual cause of corrosion) even from inaccessible areas. After drying, the leaf rust can be removed more easily and the soaked residual rust is consolidated, preserved and sealed for the long term and can be painted with all turpentine-substitute thinnable paints. For use on larger surfaces or as a paint additive, OWATROL is suitable for painting from the can.Technical dataSubstrates: Rusty and bare metals (iron, steel, aluminum), new and weathered woodPre-treatment: depending on the material: remove loose rust, non-adherent old paint, oil and grease

On rusty metal, it creeps deep into the rust pores and displaces the air and moisture (i.e. the actual cause of corrosion) even from inaccessible areas. Instead of using turpentine substitute as a thinner, it significantly improves the coating and flow properties and ensures optimized adhesion without compromising the quality of the paint. On the contrary, the addition of 10-15% OWATROL OIL makes paints and varnishes even more porous and durable on the surface.OWATROL spray is suitable for minor touch-ups.Technical dataSubstrates: Rusty and bare metals (iron, steel, aluminum), new and weathered woodPre-treatment: depending on the material: remove loose rust, non-adherent old paint, oil and grease
OWATROL CIP is a premium primer that combines the properties of a rust protection primer and an air-drying natural oil with a high solids content and exceptional penetration properties. Thanks to the OWATROL oil it contains, CIP has a low surface tension and is three times "wetter" than water. As a result, it wets substrates optimally and also penetrates into hard-to-reach corners that may not be mechanically derusted. It penetrates even thick layers of rust down to the "healthy" metal and displaces moisture and air. Dries completely, even in thick layers. It remains elastic after drying, but the added primer makes it hard enough to be coated with a subsequent one- or two-component anti-corrosion paint. Suitable for all areas that are exposed to extreme climatic conditions, such as ballast tanks.Technical DataSubstrate: Iron, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, light metals (bare or rusted)Surface preparation:Remove loose paint and rustFirm rust may remainSurface must be dry, grease-free and cleanFor chemically exposed surfaces: thorough cleaning with water or steamTopcoat: All one- or two-component systems including epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber etc.Coverage: up to 15 m²/l (depending on substrate and rust depth)Thinner: noneApplication method: Brush, lambskin roller, spray gun (professional use)Drying times at 20 °C: Touch dry after approx. 6 hrs; recoatable after 48 hrs.Further information on applying this product can be found in the technical data sheet under “Downloads”.Safety note: Cloths soaked with drying oils can self-ignite, therefore always spread out to dry before disposal or collect in sealed metal containers.
OWATROL GELCOAT RESTORER, also known as POLYTROL, is a tried and tested color refresher for metals, plastics, paints and gelcoats. The product refreshes faded colors of plastic or gelcoat surfaces, regenerates faded surfaces of marble, tiles or slate and restores shine to dull surfaces without leaving a greasy or oily film. The product is acid- and silicone-free, extremely penetrating and penetrates deep and sealing into microporous surfaces. Also suitable for the care of brass, bronze and stainless steel fittings. Available as a spray (250ml) and as a can (500ml) for application with a brush.Coverage: 18m²
Very good lubricant, acid-free universal oil in a practical spray can for precise dispensing.Excellent screw loosener, displaces moisture, disintegrates rust and hinders new rust buildup. A good lubricant that does not attack first layers, such as metal, plastic and paint.
Seawater proof and non-toxic insulating lubricant on the basis of a PTFE similar to Teflon. The paste protects from galvanic corrosion between different precious metals, like for example with threaded joints between stainless steel and aluminium and thereby stops the blossoming of the aluminium. Also, as a lubricant, it keeps screws and turnbuckles permanently serviceable.
All-purpose grease for the lubrication of face-to-face joints. The Vaseline is water-repellent (hydrophobic) and provides as such a perfect protection against corrosion.Free of natural resins and acids.
