Tube radar reflector
In this tried-and-tested radar reflector, encapsulated aluminium angled mirrors are each mounted rotated by 45° in a semi-transparent plastic tube to ensure good all-round reflection.
The very slim and space-saving radar reflector is specially designed for use on yachts.
Advantages of the tubular design
- lightweight
- easy to install
- little wind resistance
- no wind noise
- no snagging of ropes
Two versions (each in two sizes) are available:
Type S (sailing boat)
Equipped on both sides with eyelets for preheating or for attaching to the shroud.
Type M (motor boat)
Fitted on one side with a mounting plate for screwing to the deck. If required, the tube reflector can be folded relatively flat on deck.
