The blue board with white sparkling light is the day and night sign in inland navigation, with which the upstream driver indicates that he should pass the downstream driver starboard:starboard instead of port:port as usual.

The frame and board are made of powder-coated aluminum. The board is blue (RAL 5017) with a 5 cm wide white border. The pivot axle is made of stainless steel.

The blue board is equipped with a powerful electric motor (24 V, 1.5 A) and a white rotating light. It is available for either side or roof mounting.

The control panel with sparkle generator must be ordered separately. It has a 3-position switch for operating the blue panel, an indicator light with bulb connection and an automatic fuse for the motor. The control panel also controls the twinkling of the white light. The control panel measures 75 x 75 mm.

The electric motor of the blue panel is available as a spare part.
