Scandinavian bollard cleat in a classic design. Features a round wooden bar made of Kebony, a teak-like thermowood, and a high-quality, authentic brass base manufactured in Sweden, available with either a polished or chrome-plated finish.
The fitting is 67 mm high and the base has a diameter of 44 mm. Includes M10 stainless steel fixing bolts, 45 mm long.
The bar and fitting are shipped separately.
Replacement posts are available as accessories.
Features of Kebony
- Durable
- Dimensionally stable (minimal swelling/shrinkage)
- Low-maintenance: can be adequately maintained with saltwater or lubricating soap or green soap
- Resistant to rot, mold, and insect infestation
- Natural wood appearance. Initially a chocolate-like brown tone; after about 1 year, it weathers to a silver-gray color like teak
- If the wood is sanded, sawed, or planed (all of which can be done without any problems), the brown
original brown hue - Treatment with varnish or (teak) oil is possible
- Fully recyclable or can be disposed of like “regular” wood
