Description

LIFELINK Rescue Sling for rescuing people who have fallen overboard.

The white bag made of soft, easy-to-clean PVC is attached to the pushpit or railing.

If a crew member falls overboard, the robust, buoyant PVC rescue sling can be thrown on. The 36-meter-long floating line is first secured to the rescue collar to ensure a connection to the yacht.

The yacht is circled around the casualty in order to tow the LIFELINK to them. The person in the water puts on the harness. A quick-release buckle on the collar strap prevents the person from slipping out.

The person in the rescue sling can be pulled to the yacht and lifted on board (e.g. with the help of a halyard).
