Through the use of high-strength steel, these shackles are
significantly lighter than shackles of similar strength that conform to DIN 82101. These shackles meet the EN 13889 and comply with the performance requirements of the US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271.

The safe working load (SWL) conforms to at least 1/6 of the breaking
load and is stamped on the shackles.

"GREEN PIN" shackles are manufactured with green pins to
be easily recognized.
