Robust vent loop made of CR brass (CW602N), nickel-plated. The brass loop features BSP internal threads for pipe connection and drilled lugs for screw fastening. All variants are equipped with a ½" BSP internal thread at the top of the bend to accommodate a suitable vent valve, which can be ordered separately as an accessory. The material is resistant to dezincification and offers high corrosion resistance in seawater.This component is used in seawater-cooled exhaust systems as well as in inlet and outlet lines of marine toilets, particularly when installations are located below the waterline or may drop below it due to heeling or rough sea conditions. The vent loop should be integrated into the pressure side of the line at least 20 cm above the theoretically maximum heeled waterline. For inlets, it is also important that the vent loop is installed on the pressure side, downstream of the intake pump.The vent valve and suitable connection fittings – such as hose tails – are available separately. The BLAKES seacocks made of bronze (seawater-resistant bronze alloy CC491K - CuSn5Zn5Pb5) are characterised by a very robust, easy-to-maintain design that enables decades of use. The passage is opened and closed by means of a cone that does not require a seal and can be lubricated from the inside via a grease nipple. The valve body, the nozzle for the hose connection and the through-hull are made from a single casting, the assembly is carried out by screwing it to the hull using the enclosed bolts and a pressure plate. On the smaller valve, the enclosed pressure plate (4615-119) is designed as a sieve.Exceptionally well suited for inlets and outlets of toilets. Whether the seacock is open or closed can be immediately identified by the location of the handle.Lloyds Register Type approved. Available for a hose of 3/4" (19 mm) or 1 1/2" 38 mm).

Developed over 15 years ago in America by cruising sailors for yachts and tested worldwide: the NATURE`S HEAD separation toilet sets new standards in the installation, maintenance and operation of toilets on boats, in motor homes or Tiny Houses.Neither water connections, board outlets nor separate holding tanks are required for your use. It impresses with its robust, trouble-free construction in combination with the simple installation and the almost maintenance-free operation.The principle of operation: a simple mechanism separates solid and liquid components in the toilet. The urine is then discharged into an integrated canister (8-liter capacity), which remains leak-proof even in heavy seas and can be emptied outboard if necessary. The solids are mixed with coconut fibers in another container, these initiate the composting process and accelerate the drying of the substrate.
