Safety line 20m/for 38cm lifebuoy type FP
The FP throw line is a very practical accessory for attaching a safety line directly to the lifebuoy (with an internal diameter of 38 cm or 45 cm).
The bottle-shaped, buoyant container is made of white plastic. It is clamped into the lifebuoy, which requires a certain amount of force. The buoyant braided line (diameter = 5 mm) made of orange PP, breaking load approx. 250 kg, is stowed in the container. It is connected to the ring with the eye at its end.
The line is thus protected against weathering and damage. The lifebuoy is ready to be thrown at any time. In an emergency, the line container is removed from the ring, held and the ring thrown. The line runs out in an orderly fashion, making a person-overboard maneuver easier and safer.
The throwing line in the container is also ideal for equipping lifebuoys in harbors, at locks or jetties.
