PYROPOL man overboard light smoke signal SOLAS
The PyroPol ManOverBoard CF4, certified under SOLAS/MED, is a combined light and smoke signal. It was specifically designed to be attached to a lifebuoy for marking a position and determining wind direction, for use both day and night. Safe for use even on water covered with fuel or oil.
BAM Class P1 distress signal: Available only to persons 18 years of age or older.
It is triggered automatically in conjunction with a life ring or manually as needed.
The PyroPol ManOverBoard CF4 ensures all-around visibility with its 360° LED light ring. The light shines for at least 2 hours at a luminous intensity of at least 2 candelas. The light can be tested using a standard magnet. Continuous functional testing is not required—just FIT & FORGET!
Furthermore, the signal generates dense, orange smoke for at least 15 minutes.
