The CASSENS & PLATH IOTA/2 surface-mounted spherical compass with its fully cardanic bearing is suitable as a steering compass for console, wall (bulkhead) or ceiling mounting.

The housing, the adjustable hood and the mounting bracket are made of brass and can be stove-enameled black or white. Under the polished mineral glass bell is the fully gimbal-mounted, black counter-sight compass rose with 5° graduation. The apparent diameter of the rose is 100 mm.

Supplied with MED certificate (see also "Downloads") and 12 volt red light illumination element.
