TYPE A (DIN 83104 A73) standard implementation with two welded handles St 37-2 and a steel sleeve (length of the sleeve 73 mm). For doors in insulated walls there is a type with a longer sleeve (93 mm).
The handles are primered with red brown zinc oxide, the sleeve is equipped with two sockets made from brass and with holes for grease nipples (thread M 10 x 1).
A stop pin made from steel to weld to a steel frame is available as an accessory.
There are a number of special designs available:
TYPE B with handle and square-headed plugs (19 x 19 mm),
TYPE C with handle and pan head.
All parts are available also separately.

Steel door latch for heavy ship doors and hatch covers. The sleeve of steel tubing is made to be welded into steel bulkhead doors.
