Shipping Conditions Within Germany
- Fast Delivery: If your desired item is in stock, we can usually hand over your order to the shipping provider on the same day. Typically, you will receive your package the next or the following day, even with standard shipping.
- The minimum order value is €25.00 in goods.
- For orders over €250.00, we deliver standard packages within Germany free of charge (this does not apply to bulky goods, freight, or hazardous materials shipments).
- Delivery on Board: We are happy to deliver directly on board. Please provide the recipient's name along with the port and the ship's name to ensure the package is delivered successfully.
- Shipment Tracking: Upon handover to the shipping provider, you will receive an email with tracking information and can monitor the status of your package at any time.
- Pickup in Store: You can reserve items for pickup at our store in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld and collect them during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM, Sat 9 AM-1 PM).

Shipping Costs for Worldwide Shipping
We ship wherever you want.
Whether to Tahiti, the Canary Islands, or a port in the South Seas: Together with our transport partners, we have many years of experience in worldwide shipping, even to the most remote corners of the world.
- The shipping cost table applies to all standard package shipments up to 30 kg and a maximum length of 1.10 m.
- Import duties (customs or tax – only in non-EU countries) and any necessary customs clearance fees are not included in these prices.
- Shipping costs on request: For shipments over 30 kg outside Germany or shipments over €1,000 in merchandise value outside Europe, we determine the costs individually for each order and invoice them accordingly. You will receive an offer before the goods are shipped, which you must agree to.
Shipping with Closest Droppoint
For deliveries to Denmark, Austria, France, Sweden, and Finland, we offer the shipping method Closest Droppoint. Your package will be automatically delivered to the nearest pick-up point (e.g., parcel shop, gas station, or kiosk).
- The pick-up point is selected by the shipping service provider.
- After shipping, you will receive an email notification with the pick-up information.
- Pick-up must be within the deadline specified by the provider; please bring identification.
- Shipment tracking is available as usual.
- Depending on the country, this shipping method is more cost-effective than standard shipping.

Payment & Tax
Domestic Payment
We offer the following payment options within Germany (we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases):
- By SEPA direct debit: We grant a 2% discount. The invoice amount will be debited from the specified account approx. 10 to 14 days after the invoice date (not available for new customers).
- By invoice: Invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date (not available for new customers).
- By PayPal: Pay via your PayPal account.
- By credit card: Payment possible with MASTERCARD or VISA.
- By cash on delivery: In addition to the shipping fee, we charge a cash on delivery fee of €6.55 including 19% VAT (only available for standard packages).
International Payment
- By credit card: MASTERCARD or VISA.
- By PayPal: Pay via your PayPal account.
- By advance payment: You will receive a proforma invoice. Please transfer the due amount to our business account. Shipment will occur immediately after receipt of payment.
VAT Calculation
For deliveries within the EU, we charge the VAT applicable in the destination EU country. We do not charge VAT for deliveries to:
- Customers within the EU, if a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) is provided in accordance with tax regulations,
- all customers outside the EU.
